- How do I create a profile at harrytoystore.com?
You can easily create your own Harrystoystore profile by creating a username and password. We recommend that you use your email address as your username, to make it easy to remember.

- Why should I create a user profile at Harrytoystore?
Before placing an order, you need to create a user profile. When you log in to your user profile, your personal details are already stored so that you don't have to enter them again when placing a new order. You also have access to My Harrytoystore, where you can get a full overview of your profile, pending orders, order history, shipping and payment details.
- How long does delivery take?
Your order should be delivered within 4 to 15 days depending on location and following order confirmation.

- Why are there different shipping dates for the items in my shopping bag?
There are different shipping dates because items that are not yet in stock will be delivered later than the ones that are in stock.
- What happens in case of returns?
If you return any items the balance will in most cases be refunded to your credit card, less the return shipping fee.
