We pride ourselves on being able to offer unbelievable prices and promotional offers on a massive range of products. As such we focus incredibly hard on absolutely minimising our delivery costs.
Packages will ship for FREE using Standard Shipping service (as detailed below). After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 7 days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Your order will be delivered by UPS who will attempt to deliver the goods to you three (3) times. They will also leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon delivery.

What countries does Harrytoystore ship to?
Customers in the following countries can now place orders directly from Harrytoystore. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States will be shipped via our international shipping partner. We continue to expand this list, so if your country is not currently listed, please check back soon. Please note that we do not currently ship to non-U.S. post office boxes.

Once you choose a preferred shop currency, each order you create will be priced in that currency and charged to your credit card in in that currency. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate. International Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, due to certain trademark, labeling, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products available on our website(s) to all countries. If you have a restricted item in your cart, you will receive a message during checkout that lists the restricted item along with specific instructions to remove the item from your tote or to change the shipping method or address if applicable.
Taxes and Duties
- All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
- We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties and/or taxes during checkout.
- Any fees that are due will be collected upon delivery of the order.
- All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
- Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
- Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
- Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc.
- The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government.
- Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD).
- If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
- These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Harrytoystore.
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you may do so, once you notify us within 24 days of receipt of the order via the online Contact Us form. We will be in touch as soon as we are notified of the return. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Please note that it is your responsibility to return this item in protective packaging and you are responsible for return postage costs. You must also ensure that you quote your order reference (Order) number on the return. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.
Details of how to return an item to us are also outlined on the Despatch Docket included in your delivered package.
Once the item is received back to the warehouse it will be checked and granted it meets these conditions we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:
• Nursary (Baby) items, for hygiene reasons
• Computer games, consoles or tablets where the seal has been broken
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cooling Off Period
There is a cooling off period of 14 days during which you have the right to cancel your order. You must provide notice of cancellation no later than 14 days after the receipt of goods through one of the following mediums:

We will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition. Where the returned/cancelled item forms part of a larger order all of which is not being return, the original delivery charge will continue to apply. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging.
My online order was damaged in transit or faulty. How do I return it?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.
We will provide you with a free returns label for this faulty item.
Please Contact Us and we will advise accordingly.
Upon return the item will be inspected and once deemed faulty, we will issue the appropriate form of redress (replacement / repair/ refund) which is at our discretion. Please note, we are unable to offer a refund if the item is returned after 24 days from the date of receipt.
If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund and this item will be returned to you.
Before returning please ensure you have checked the batteries, please note that all our toys work best with alkaline batteries.
